Refund Policy

At SISSTA SISSTA Hair Care, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and hair care products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.


If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@sisstasisstahaircare.com. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was received damaged or in error. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or arrange a refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

  • Sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-refundable.
