Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details if available.

During busy periods, new product launches, or sales, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait!

UK Delivery

We currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services.

Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) – £3.99
Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – £6.99

Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £40.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees that may apply.

Delivery Issues
